You can find a lot of free audio-visual medical and nursing sites, but there is also many bad sites like porn and sales pitches, so you have to be very careful when you click on a site.

This University of Wisconsin online interactive website is my favorite. This is where I got the animations for my presentation about Apgars. It has all kinds of fun things to teach with-like games and tests. Check it out when you get a chance.
